She empowers them to have the biggest positive impact on the people they serve, giving their direct reports a meaningful career, all while uncomplicating leadership. She is a dynamic and inclusive leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and fostering cultures where people thrive because it's good for business and it's good for people! With over a decade of experience in operations leadership and process excellence, she specializes in unlocking potential while addressing the root cause in every solution.

Beyond her corporate leadership experience, she is a mom who loves dogs, boating, camping, wine, good conversation and good food. She especially loves enjoying all of those things with my family and friends.
