With over a decade of experience in operations leadership and process excellence, I specialize in unlocking potential while addressing the root cause in every solution.

Beyond my corporate leadership experience, I also just love to support leaders so they can unlock the best in themselves and their teams. If you must know more, I am a mom who loves dogs, boating, camping, wine, good conversation and good food. I especially love enjoying all of those things with my family and friends.
